Josh Wimberley serves as Founder and Managing Partner of LeadChange and has 15 years of executive search experience having successfully completed over 300 senior-level searches working for Fortune 1000 companies and financial sponsor backed organizations. In Mr. Wimberley’s previous role as Head of the Financial Officer Practice in North America for Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), he focused on recruiting CFO’s, treasurers, controllers, and division finance officers across multiple industries. In addition, he worked in Global Financial Markets for over a decade recruiting senior executives to financial institutions including banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, and insurance firms. 

Mr. Wimberley had a distinguished career in executive search with his previous firm as he was the youngest partner at the time of his promotion and one of the youngest practice leaders in the firm’s history. In addition, he has been quoted on various leadership and succession topics in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg News, and CFO Magazine. He received his bachelor’s degree in management, magna cum laude, from Baylor University.
