Mike Russ serves as Partner for LeadChange responsible for operations, information technology, search process, marketing, and development of the Lead5 platform. Mr. Russ is a proven marketing and operations executive and a leader in quality assurance, quality control, project management, people management, process improvement/ implementation, and customer relations. He has achieved designation as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional. 

Prior to LeadChange, Mr. Russ served as Senior Vice President, Operations for Ivie & Associates, a marketing communications firm. He led new initiatives while living in Shanghai, China and successfully developed and implemented solutions both domestic and abroad. He focused on delivering profitable growth through improved business processes, stronger analytics, and team development. In past roles, Mr. Russ has served as the Vice President of International Services, Director of Client Services and Director of Procurement.

 

Mike holds a BA degree in Communications from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Finance and Operations from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
