Phase One of Executive Search
Phase One of the LeadChange process includes Business Assessment & Search Strategy. This is completed through initial in-person meetings with the senior leadership team of each organization to determine the mission, culture, and values of the company and specific requirements to form the basis of the position description. An in-depth Business Assessment Questionnaire is then completed through this process.
